FAQ
What are your business hours and turnaround times?
Since it is just me, you will always hear back from me within 24-48 hours for estimates. Orders are generally produced and completed within 3-7 business days, with design being 1-3 business days, but can be expedited or extended depending on the scope of the order.
What is your return policy?
After agreeing to the estimate, my wheels are put into motion. Since every piece I make is custom, orders are generally expected to be final sale. However, if anything with your product is not to your satisfaction or incorrect I will ALWAYS work with you to have it fixed.
How does your pricing work?
As most of what is produced is a custom product, no two orders are very similar in pricing. I have extremely competitive pricing, offer price matching in some scenarios and can quote and hold pricing for up to 30 days. If an order is designed by me, future orders with that same artwork would not have a design fee assigned to it, and would just be the cost to print, even with slight updates to it.
How does your delivery and installation work?
In most cases, shipping to you is usually around 10 dollars. I live and work in the Bay Area, and offer installation for your orders if need be. I can deliver if you are near East Bay for free. As I grow, I will be adding more facilities to service everyone better. After your order has completed production, I can work with you on getting installation completed with a fast timeline that works with your schedule!
